Tickets may not be exchanged nor money refunded.


The organisers reserve the right to:


  1. Refuse admission of the ticket holder to the event
  2. Delay entry of latecomers until a suitable break or interval in the performance and/or event
  3. Make reasonably necessary alternations to the advertised event arrangements, featured participants or programme
  4. Cancel or abandon any event without notice without liability for compensation or damage other than up to the maximum ticket price
  5. Restrict ticket sales to a maximum per person and/or household and cancel any tickets purchased in excess
  6. Confiscate prohibited items - such as bottles, cans and food & drink not purchased on the premises, cameras or items that may potentially be used as a weapon
  7. Tickets cannot be refunded unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled so please check your tickets carefully on receipt and contact us immediately if you have any queries
  8. Refuse entry to Young People under the age of 16 unless accompanied by a responsible adult
  9. We are not liable for lost, destroyed or stolen tickets and cannot replace them
  10. The unauthorised use of cameras, video or sound recording equipment is strictly prohibited at the events and any such items may be confiscated. By attending the event you consent to being filmed/recorded as part of the audience for security, broadcast, promotional and educational purposes without payment
  11. All event attendees agree to any Covid-19 restrictions and mitigations in place at the event (including, but not limited to, the wearing of face coverings (unless exempt), hand sanitising, social distancing, restricted group capacities, checking in and providing your details for NHS Test & Trace purposes etc.). Any restrictions and mitigations that are in place will be in line with the latest Government Guidance and Falmouth University Policy and are subject to change at any time and without notice
